B.Good Pows - Winter 08 - Week 4 Staff Monday February 18th, 2008 Mmm...mmmm...good... Charlestown 5v5 – Todd Billet, Big CAC – Dolla Dolla Billet gets an interview, a win over the team that knocked them out of the playoffs last season, a double OT victory in A2, and burger to cap off what has to be close to a perfect week for the former ACC standout.  It doesn’t get much better than that.   A1 – Ian Urquhart, Black Donnellys – ICU had a game high 25, plus the game winner with just seconds to spare to keep the Donnellys perfect and in first place.  A frantic comeback isn’t any good without the win, and ICU made sure that his squad got it.   A2 – Paul Krezanoski, Vance Refrigeration – With three different games going at least one overtime this past week, it was really, really tough to pick a winner for the A2.  But the PK Broiler takes it down with his 41 point effort in the hard fought Sunday night match-up.    B1 East – Mike Ambra, Bulging Conj – Mike led the way for his team with 25 points and 9 rebounds as they took down the Beantown Ballers in an important week 4 match-up for both teams   B1 North – Ian Guiness, Full Tilt – Sure he may have been overshadowed by some other big performers, but without going 4-9 from 3, his team doesn’t stand a chance in their closer than expected match against Nasty Cobra.  Keep up the good work!   B1 West – Kevin Barry, Fafafini – It feels like we’ve got the same nominations for the B1 West every week, so let’s mix it up a bit.  KBarry had an all around excellent game as he helped his squad to their first win in the post Tommy K era.    B2 North – Jarecd Gustafson, Big State – JRed had 29 points and 13 rebounds and shot a near perfect game in Big State's first win of the season.  In a 4 point victory, JRed got himself to the hole time and time again and now he's gotten himself a burger   B2 East –Tom Neyarapally, Weezer – 22 points to lead his team to a win in the snowcap game of the night will get you a burger everytime.   B2West – David Ertischek, What Willis Was Talking About – DErt dropped 17 points and 8 dimes as WWWTA stayed undefeated and out in front of the B2 West.  That showdown with Dynasty Heat is looming as a HUGE game for both squads (3/9) and can’t get here soon enough.   C – Scott McGihon, TRO – Scoring a historical team high 17 points and boldly leading his team to their first victory of the season...(possible first victory ever?) You gotta give this kid the recognition he deserves. Scotty is just wayyyy too Hottie.   Women’s 5v5 – Caitlin Vestal, CAC Blockers – In a neck and neck victory, Gripp had a game high 24 points in the CAC Blockers win over Pink Ninja Assassins.  The CAC Blockers move in to 2nd place with the victory and Gripp likely needs a burger after this hard fought battle.   Women’s 4v4 – Jen Thompson, Black Mambas – JT was all over the place in amassing 21 points and 10 boards, and oh yea, 5 steals.  With her quick mits, B.good better hope that she doesn’t take more than just a free burger from one of their fine establishments.
